market-research

From affaan-m

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, investor due diligence, and industry intelligence with source attribution and decision-oriented summaries. Use when the user wants market sizing, competitor comparisons, fund research, technology scans, or research that informs business decisions.

Structures market research, competitor analysis, and investor diligence into sourced, decision-oriented reports.

Use it when

  • Building TAM/SAM/SOM estimates before a pitch or plan
  • Comparing competitor products, pricing, and positioning
  • Vetting an investor or fund before outreach
  • Scanning a technology or vendor for adoption/lock-in risk

Skip it if

  • You need live data retrieval, not a formatting/methodology template
  • You want raw numbers without sourcing or executive-summary framing
  • Quick informal lookup is enough; this enforces a full report structure
